The official language of all lectures and presentations is English. For lectures, an AI-based simultaneous translation system will be available. Participants are required to bring their own devices (smartphones or tablets) and earphones/headphones to access the translated audio.
Please note that communication at the exhibition area and with on-site staff (including information desks) will be primarily conducted in Japanese. For the exhibition area and general communication, we recommend using your own translation apps on your smartphone or other devices.
As a courtesy to speakers and fellow attendees, please observe mobile phone etiquette. Ensure your mobile phones and other wireless devices are turned off or set to silent mode while attending sessions. If you must take a call, please step outside the room so as not to disrupt the event. Thank you for your cooperation.
